FRISKIES CLASS OF 2020
GRADUATION DAY PICTURES
JANUARY 9, 2021
On Thursday November 12, 2020, SFAA- USA remitted $13,445.15 to STC to pay for tuition and supplies for 52 girls for 2nd Semester Academic Year 2019/2020. This brings the total remittance for Academic Year 2019/2020 to $36,571.29 for 105 girls.
Our remittance is made possible through the generous contribution of Alumni, Family Friends & Supporters who sponsor the girls. We are forever grateful to our sponsors.
This year was particularly challenging because of COVID-19. Fundraising revenue declined by 48%. But we are not discouraged. We will continue to reach out to current sponsors and appeal to prospective sponsors. The education of OUR GIRLS is OUR CAUSE.

OUR GIRLS, OUR CAUSE
Greetings Saints Friskies Nation,
Thank you so much for your participation and support.
In my last message to you, I noted that one of the goals of this administration is to increase the frequency of support to St. Teresa's Convent (STC). I am happy to report that we are now fulfilling that promise.

COMMENTS BY MELVIN HALL:
When I was in Liberia during the early 90’s I had the life-changing opportunity to teach Chemistry and Geography at St. Teresa’s Convent. Over the last several years, I have attended various programs and reunions here in the U.S. and have run into several of my former students. They have greeted me with enthusiasm and good will. Many of them have shared their very impressive experiences with me. I perused my photo archive and found a few pictures of some of my former students. I am posting these pictures with the hope that those on Facebook will recognize themselves and/or their classmates and let me know how everyone is doing..
*NOTE: Please leave a message in the comment section of our Back In Da Day blog letting us know which class is this.
