Father John Collins founded St. Patrick's High School in Monrovia, Liberia, to benefit local children under the auspices of the Society of African Missions. 

In 1943, St. Patrick's High School conferred diplomas on its first graduates. Below is the list of students bearing the distinct honor of being the first graduates of St. Patrick's High School.
