Class of '79

 

The Chair leads the board in conducting, managing and controlling the affairs and business of the Association. As established by the constitution, the Board makes decisions and promulgate rules it deems appropriate for the economic growth, progress and success of the Association. The constitution also establishes that the Board may take action when a quorum, consisting of a majority of the members, exists. A two-thirds(2/3) majority of the entire Board of Directors shall be required for the pass of any resolution or decision

The Vice Chair advises and assists the President in carrying out the mission of the Board of Directors.

The Treasurer acts in collaboration with the Board of Directors and as prescribed by the constitution.

Editus Addy - Parliamentarian

Class of '90

 

The Parliamentarian is the expert on the rules of order and the proper procedures for the conduct of meetings of the Board of Directors.

Quallyna Porte - Former President

Class of '86

Assist the Board of Directors during the transition of authority, render advice on operations based on historical and constitutional precedence, and advise on all matters related to the organizations business.
