On Saturday, September 15, 2018, graduates and former students of St. Teresa's Convent (STC) and St. Patrick's High School (SPHS) met on the campus of STC to begin the process of re-establishing SFAA's Chapter in Liberia. As soon as we receive the complete list of all Saints and Friskies who attended the meeting, we will update this report.

for re-establishing this great institution, the delegation asked Archbishop Zeigler to consider the option of renaming SPIRITAN Academy back to St. Patrick's High School. SPIRITAN is the school that currently occupies the campus of St. Patrick's. Senator Wotorson stressed that it is about time our glorious institution be restored to its prominence in order to resume its mission of educating boys.
At the end of the meeting, Archbishop Zeigler expressed his gratitude for the meeting. He promised to present our proposal to stakeholders in the Archdiocese, and get back to us with the results of his meeting with the stakeholders.
A general meeting of all graduates and former students of SPHS and STC is scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 3:00pm on the campus of St. Teresa's Convent.

A Step in the Right Direction
Greetings Saints Friskies Nation,
I am excited to report that we have taken another step towards the rebuilding of St. Patrick's High School.
Over the last few months, the Committee to Rebuild St. Patrick's (CORES) has been working on estimating the cost of rebuilding our school. The estimated cost is $296,566.80.
How did we determine this amount?
To answer this question, click on the proposal located on the Rebuild St. Patrick's Bulletin. As you review the document, keep in mind that estimating construction cost is an imprecise science. Any change to the estimate will assume contingencies for unforeseen conditions and/or hidden costs.
Our goal is to begin construction of the foundation in December 2018. We know this is ambitious. But with your support, participation and donations, we believe we can embark on this early construction phase. An announcement about the start of our fundraising effort and construction project plan is coming soon.
If you have any questions, please send an email to sfaa@stcsphs.org, or call 301-526-8705.
Regards,
Stephen J. Koffa '79
